"Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff."

"This is a nice hotel for a good price next to the beach. We visited for Jeep Beach so the parking lot did fill up so people started parking in a lot next to the hotel. The hot breakfast was good. You did have to show a room key to be able to be in there which was a nice way to control who really should partake in the free breakfast. The only thing we got bummed out about was they closed the pool at 8pm and you don't have access to get to the beach from the hotel as well. We had to walk a little...

And how often do you see the manager on a regular basis chatting to guests, while making sure everything is running smooth. From the start at the front desk we were greeted warmly, and it was a quick checking, without incident! Adina, our housekeeper, had our room, clean as a whistle, n always snelled fresh!
