"We love La Quinta and stay whenever we can. In this particular instance, the room was in a bit of disarray--the blackout curtain was torn and needs to be replaced, and the heat/AC unit was functional, but the covering was loose and looked like it was about to fall off. Nothing to detract from our stay, but things that did need attention. "

"I made the reservation within an hour before arrival. When I got there I asked for 1st flr. because I had a stoke and still recovering. Check in said the room I reserved was on the 2nd and 3rd flrs. She seen I was disabled and gave me a courtesy upgrade to the first floor room. All of the staff were kind and helpful during my 2 days. Would recommend. "
