Comfortable bed. Quiet room and a/c. Airport shuttle drivers were great and it's a great perk. Breakfast had good amount of choices. There were other people's hairs on the sheets. I didn't notice until the last day I was there because the extra pillows covered them up.

Ayva is the BEST person in customer service at the front desk. My flight was delayed, and re-arranged the shuttle pick-up for me. Then it was delayed AGAIN--and the amazing shuttle driver waited for me in the hotel pick-up area--because Ayva asked him to! He, was SO pleasant, friendly and polite. Between the two of them, my 16 hours of travel that day ended on a beautiful peaceful, note. Neither one had to go the extra mile--but BOTH of them did and this one old woman from West Virginia is beyond grateful.

This property is surrounded by trees and beautiful fountains, so sincerely a 10 out of 10 view. It is also surrounded by other businesses that include a childcare center so if you hate kids screaming, keep that in mind. The property was spotless and the staff was so helpful. At one point I lost my refillable water bottle and the staff offered me a cold bottle of water while I was searching. The breakfast staff was all smiles and I even had a nice chat with one lady outside while we both took a smoke break. Wasn’t able to use the pool or hot tub as there were always half a dozen screaming children and that’s just not for me, but I also realize that’s not the property’s fault. Was still a very good experience overall with a really nice staff.
