"The property, facility and breakfast service was excellent. A huge drawback for us was that it is NOT anywhere the University which was our reason for this trip. We visited from another state so finding our way on complicated freeways and surface streets presented issues. "

"This is my 5th or 6th stay here and it is my go to motel in this area. I feel safe, welcomed (at 1 am) and get a good night's sleep every time. I particularly like this room as it was on the freeway side but the heating - cooling system allows for continuous fan such that it provides an ambient noise level sufficient to render the freeway noise a non issue. Also, because continuous, the on/off system cycling like at other motels/hotels, which is disruptive to sleep, doesn't happen."

"We needed a place to stay for one night. The stay was comfortable. Front desk checkin and checkout was a breeze. We got a 3rd floor room with 2 queen beds. Good breakfast with various options starts at 6 am. I reviewed various other places before choosing this one. Good value for money. "

"This was really a pleasant surprise. It was somewhat less expensive than the motel we (including wife and dog) usually book near my son's house. It was much better in every way. It was newer, the room was nicer with a useful layout, the bathroom and shower were excellent. Service was good and friendly. Even the free breakfast was pretty decent. For the price definitely 5 stars. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at the updated decor and how clean the room was. The breakfast buffet was terrific. All and all, I'd like to know who gave this hotel their rating, because it certainly deserves to be higher!"

"Real potatoes and eggs for breakfast is great. Nice walk along the river. Saw a seal! Lots of birds singing outside our room. Lovely!"

"The property has received a fresh paint job and renovated rooms and interior of lobby but it is still a work in progress. The highway is noticeable but location does provide ease of access. There's a nice neighborhood to the right of the property and the Buddhist Temple is directly behind it. "
