"Honestly, it’s a fine place to stay—convenient, accessible, and clean, though very old and outdated. Service was not great—no greeting from the concierge and a wait with an empty front desk checking out, staff not friendly or welcoming. Would I go back? Yes. It’s a good deal in a prime location. "

"The owners are efficient in resolving some of the customers needs: like bringing cleaned towels and other supplies, but when we called them to help us with the TV in the room, nobody ever come. There’s is no microwave, no hot coffee or even hot water to make a tea in the morning. There’s parking spaces maybe for everyone but the only Exit/Etrance is kind of an inconvenience. "

"I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks and I really found it to be an excellent place to stay. During my stay there were no issues at all and it was relatively idyl and peaceful. The hotel staff is also superb and very friendly, and their etiquette is phenomenal. Also close to Garden State Plaza mall so that’s a plus. A bus stop to NYC is just right outside. "

"Great stay. Booked last minute and extremely pleased with the stay. We will be back! The poor ratings are not accurate. We didnt hear the train at all!"

"Overall not a bad place to stay. The staff were very helpful and guided us to cheaper, more convenient, local transport options. The free airport shuttle was nice but you do have to sign up for a time at the desk when using it to leave the hotel. The only downside was there was some construction going on the water pipes when we got there so bathroom was unusable for some time. When the water did come back on, it tasted quite awful for the duration of the stay. Other than that, a nice trip. "

"the property itself is beautiful as beautiful can be but sadly the area and neighborhood around the property is teeming with dirt, garbage and yolkels but other than that if i could give the hotel/property 6 stars i would."
