"Very comfortable room, didn’t get to use the pool but food options seemed nice and there were fire pits and such but we were tired from our travels. Only disappointment was no microwave in the room but a small one on main floor but not near a kitchen or sink so had to travel back to our room for water to make some easy Mac and noodles for a quick easy dinner."

"This hotel is beautifully historic in so many amazing ways. And felt like it was historic but in a clean and upgraded way that still felt somewhat modern. The pool and cabana area felt like you were somewhere else entirely from the hustle and bustle of Main Street Hollywood Blvd. We were upgraded to a balcony cabana room which was beautiful! Great amenities and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Friday night was a bit rough with the party at the pool but it runs between 8-12. Maybe consider that room if you need quiet or have a young family. As a couple it didn’t bother us. The hotel is in a grungy area of Hollywood. Close to the Chinese theatre, Dolby theatre, Dodgers Stadium,Universl Studios, Hollywood bowl and B train line which made getting around easy. Anything else was a shortish Uber away. But if going to the Forum,Sofi stadium or Rose Bowl this hotel is far and was costly to get too and from with Ride shares. "

"This is a fun vibrant spot close to everything we need when visiting. Although we aren't in town to visit Universal, the trolley looks like a cute convenient option. Loved the movie nights at the pool and live music. What a fun Friday night. Two suggestions- I wanted to order a fun dessert for my daughter from the Front Yard but the man on the phone said "there were too many options to list" and pointed me to the online menu which only has cookies and ice cream. We were in our bathing suits and it didn't seem appropriate to walk over to ask for a menu. The front desk didn't have a menu or know either. Also, a note for anyone booking for the Peloton- it is no longer there although it's listed on the Peloton hotel finder. Everything else was lovely and the room was perfect. "

"Nice and clean hotel, within walking distance of the Hollywood Bowl and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Comfortable beds. No complimentary breakfast but there is a good restaurant onsite Limited parking is available onsite for a reasonable fee, $22/day."
