Hotel is excellent condition, the room was a very good size, clean and I also enjoyed the well- equipped gym. There are lots of dining options around the area and also two restaurants in the hotel. There is a Mall within short walking distance from the hotel. Staff were professional , friendly and very responsive. I would like to make a special mention of Steven Wu and Cassie Yan who were absolute Stars in terms of customer service! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Excellent hotel but not always the best option!
"The hotel is excellent, it seems as if you are in Versailles. The concierge Aaron is very helpful, but the rest of the staff is a bit undertrained and speak VERY little English. I came for the Canton Fair and it is very far away, they have one bus that goes at first time in the morning and comes ..."
