The Eurostars Hotel was a lovely place for us to stay during our short weekend trip to Venice. The location was great and tucked away from all the crowds, but just a short walk away from anything we wanted to do. I absolutely loved Venice, and half of that came from where we stayed, so I definitely plan to be back. The room was clean, the property was very nice, and the staff was so kind.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Venezia e stata la nostra ultima tapp prima di tornare in Canada e lhai resa cosi specialiarla nei nostri futuri viaggi nel mondo Grazie mile Ah Lora to my new familia

Highly recommend, staff went out of there way. The room had a boutique feel, it was marvellous to come back from sight seeing to a jacuzzi bath and relax. It’s a prefect location

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

Stunning hotel and the spa and pools were truly incredible..... Found out the waters flow for 25 years underground from the Alps and have medicinal healing abilities for joints and aging and so much more

My room was perfect for a 3 night stay. Bigger than I thought it would be for a supposedly solo room. The front desk staff were very friendly and i felt very safe staying here as a solo traveller.

The staff is very helpful. If you need something they are very accommodating. The location is great. It is close to all the shopping. They have a dock right outside the hotel that can bring you by private transfer ($$$). Another option is the "bus taxi" where you bring your luggage on and you get off at San Marco Vallossa. Its a 5 min walk. If I can do it, anyone can! The breakfast is ok. Downside for travellers. The hotel needs to update the rooms and repaint. No elevator. 2nd floor = 4 flights of stairs but they have someone that will bring your luggage up to your room and back down. It is a very busy dock and used for bringing supplies to all the businesses nearby in the morning- very noisy. But All the waterways are noisy, Welcome to Venice!!
