The room was clean and spacious, making me feel relaxed.

The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant had wonderful food and service. The spa, is very unique and cool. Multiple floors of different kinds of rooms and treatments and a little maze of pools in the bottom floor with a surprise in each little nook. The treatments were wonderful and reasonable. Can’t complaint about anything. It was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area I would stay there in a second.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but this didn’t work so just used it as a normal bath. Hotel doesn’t advertise as a jacuzzi so can’t really complain about that. The hotel itself was very clean. One thing to note, when using the tram we couldn’t read the ticket info so was unsure what one to buy, we got the most expensive to be safe. You have to zap it on a machine each time you get on and off the tram so it can track where you go, we didn’t know this so the ticket we bought on the Saturday we could use on the Sunday, as it starts from when you 1st zap it, so that was a bonus. There wasn’t anyone checking tickets on the trains. Note to self, learn a little more French before our next trip. Overall it was a fabulous stay. Strasbourg market was beautiful, although very busy so difficult to get to the stalls. We went to Colmar on the Sunday, this had a more laid back vibe with music (which Strasbourg lacked) and it was just as pretty. We struggled to find places to sit and eat in Strasbourg as it was busy but in Colmar we did.

A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff.

A warm recommendation. Perfect hotel

It's hard to imagine a picturesquely located urban hotel than this one. It's in the middle of the historic Petite France district, and I was lucky to secure a room with a balcony that looked out on one of the Strasbourg's historic canals lined with beautiful houses. The room was generously sized and the hotel itself has an air of quiet luxury.

Beautiful property in great neighborhood for dining and drinking. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would like to come stay again.

Everything, everyone were so polite and helpful…room was beautiful, modern and comfortable…even the foam pillows were perfect….the breakfast, snacks and dinner all met our expectations and more…incredible stay

Just what I needed for a quick pit stop.

Muy bonito y camas cómodas. Pueden mejorar en la limpieza del cuarto. El desayuno puede mejorar también. El ambiente del hotel excelente.

Very good place. Rooms/ beds are fantastic and you will definitely enjoy sleeping and resting there.
