"Lovely hotel- in a great spot. Excellent breakfast- lots of variety for all tastes. Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! "Good nights sleep in comfy bed. Extra pillows supplied without asking. Good shower, soap and towels provided. Poor selection of breakfast options when we stayed , Wednesday thro to Thursday…..much more choice when we stayed a few weekends ago. In a good position road wise for the major roads. Easy, free parking. Colmar is lovely, but ask hotel for map before attempting because of finding car park near to where you want to be. "

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours).
