El lugar está ubicando en un lugar espectacular, y el staff es muy atento y servicial. Mi mayor sugerencia para Casa Lola es con la limpieza. Todo está muy limpio, pero el aromatizante que usan es tan fuerte que yo pase dos días con migrañas. Les dije que por favor no lo echaran en la habitación, pero aún así el olor es muy intenso, tanto que se siente desde la acera cuando vas entrando al hostal. Property condition is good, pero la primera noche no tuvimos casi agua y no tuvimos agua caliente por 3 días. Tampoco nos dieron colcha, sólo sábanas para taparse. Yo pedí una colcha y me dieron un cobertor que solo alcanzaba para la mitad del cuerpo. A pesar de los inconvenientes nos gustó mucho el lugar. Está decorado muy bonito y original . El restaurant no lo usamos, pues es súper caro, hay otras opciones mejores y más económicas, que se puede ir caminando . (306 reviews) I had a mixed experience in this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the room itself was clean. However, the building is quite old and unfortunately shows its age. There was a strong mold smell in the rooms. The sheets and towels were clean but very worn out and yellowed, which didn’t give a great feeling of freshness. The breakfast was excellent — definitely the highlight of the stay. (554 reviews) The property is very clean. Sadly, many things in the room kept breaking. First the remote to the AC unit, then the A/C unit broke which required us to move to another room. Benjamin was always very helpful and friendly and assisted us as much as possible to relocate to another room. Now our bed size went from a King bed to a double bed. Furthermore, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Now in this new room the iron was broke and we also did not have a nice dinning area anymore. The breakfast options offered were decent. Our favorite front desk staff was Benjamin. He always greeted us and assisted us with anything we might have needed. I can not say the same for the night shift front desk guy ( don’t even know his name because he never introduced himself). We always greeted him but did not get that in return from him. Almost seemed like he doesn’t like his job. Overall, nice place to stay. I can only recommend.
