Bilbao Bay Yoga Holidays

The location was excellent, but I ran into a few issues: First, no hot water on arrival day which was a Sunday. When asking when this would be repaired, it was an unknown given that it was a Sunday in Spain. The front desk was not particularly motivated to seek this answer. Second issue: I had an early morning flight with a wake up at 4:00 am; I stepped outside for air and was then locked outside of the hotel lobby because the glass doors require (and reentry is required from 10 pm - 6 am with an assigned code which is the same as the room) keypad entry. Note that there is NO staff on site which is typical of boutique beachfront properties such as this; almost like an Air BNB. I messaged the staff by Whatsapp. They don't answer traditional calls between 10 pm - 6 am. I literally had to crawl through a bathroom window to gain access to the lobby to retrieve my luggage as my Uber was arriving for fear of missing my flight. Not a soul around to help. What if this was not even open or was even higher up off the pavement. What if I got arrested for trespassing??? Most unfortunate that the keypad access was not functioning (for all I know it could have expired on check-out day but then again how would I have had access to my room which is allowed until 12 pm. Final issue: breakfast starts (not ends) at 9:30 am. A bit late for tourists who wish to start their day well-fed. Location was perfect however.
