Convenient to everything

I really liked this hotel. The location is really convenient, close to bus stop, subway and attractions like Pike Place and the Ferry. The only downside was two of the elevators weren't working, which left only one in service. Other than that, I had a great stay overall. My room was comfortable and had a nice view. I didn’t try the restaurant or any ammenities.

Great boutique hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I actually appreciate Jade who works at the front desk.

To places for breakfast the bagel shop was busy but good. The other restaurant was a sit down and not very kid friendly. Kids love the pool and hot tub.

We come to Seattle area a lot. First time at this property. Surprised to be made aware that there was a $20/day charge for parking. We have never been charged for parking in the area. After voicing our opinion to a few staff we were hoping for the fee to be waved. At no time in the booking process were we made aware of the fee. We probably would have booked elsewhere. It was an outside lot. We had to park behind the building and walk a long ways to get into the hotel. Not what I would call a service that should come with a fee. Breakfast was awesome the first day. Lots of options for all food types. Day 2 not so much-biscuits and gravy, chicken sausages, fruit, eggs. I had lots of eggs and fruit lol. The staff that we dealt with was awesome. The high light of our stay We probably will book elsewhere because of the extra parking fees. $40 extra for two days! The hotel was decent but the $40 dollar fee made it not worth it. We have stayed at nicer hotels for less in the area.

I loved this place. The staff were so nice and welcoming. I didn’t feel stupid for all the questions I asked. They were extremely friendly. The room view wasn’t the best. I got a king size bed so maybe that’s why. I didn’t spend much time in my room. The seller for me was the location. I needed some where close to everything and this was it. It was walking distance to everything!! 10 minutes from pike place. The second seller was the rooftop lounge area. 24 hour access. I was the only one up there both nights. Best stay. I definitely recommend this place for one night or more. I was there two and it was perfect. The only thing I would be aware of is the parking. Not very convenient. There are two loading zones on the street and a parking garage across the street after check in.
