The best but not cheapest hotel in South Beach

The property is in one of the many half-empty towers in the center. The location was convenient. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well.

Really lovely upgrade from the Confidant hotel to the Andaz. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Room was clean and spacious and loved the beach and pool service as well. Take a yoga or pilates class on the roof if you can - the view is amazing!

The best but not cheapest hotel in South Beach

Our room had a decent ocean view even though the property is not right on the beach. The kitchen is nice and pretty well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils. Be careful in the parking garage though. They told us all about weekly rates and paying in the app, but did not mention that even though level 3 looks a lot like level 2, there are subtle little signs in level 3 spaces that say you're gonna get towed.

Very good location, the staff is really nice. The pool and the breakfast area is at a different property, that was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. The breakfast is not that good and there is not enough tables to sit around.
