This was the perfect spot to spend a few nights in Stockholm. It's in the middle of Gamla Stan and we had a few minutes walk to whereever we wanted to go. A couple caveats--we used a taxi and it was about a 5 minute walk over cobblestones to get to the apartment since there's no cars allowed. There's also 3 big steps to get into the building. If you are ok with that, you can't go wrong. You are staying in a home built in the 1300's in the best area to stay in Gamla Stan. It's very safe and the bed was comfortable.

Wi-Fi did not work in my room and reception told me unfortunately I live so high up on 9th floor so there is nothing they can do. Heard of access points? Also I checked in 2 hours earlier which they charge 200 sek for. In order to be able to get some work down. Obviously was not possible without wi-fi. Gym was nice and food was super.

All newly renovated. Very nice. Food service was terrible. No one helped with simple things. But the hotel was great

Amazing hotel , amazing staff. I wasn't sure whether it was too expensive when I originally booked but it was worth it. This is a very very special hotel.

The hotel is a great location and we had a good sized family room with buns for our older teenagers which worked well. Bathroom was a bit old and no fan so it was always steamed up and hot, but nothing to complain about. Staff were good but it wasnt always easy to find them. Would definitely stay again. Pizza restaurant was also great, really tasty well priced food without having to go out! Plus a fridge, kettle and microwave in the room is handy.
