Staff at reception almost rejected us because they were not properly trained on current visa requirements. Porters were friendly. Restaurants and amenities were convenient and pleasant. WiFi worked easily. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. While clean and fairly well-decorated, our twin room had no privacy when changing and showering, because of all the mirrors. The shower itself was also awkward to use, despite instructions on the wall, and there was only one hook for either towel or clothes. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one ..."
