The bed side lights were not working or switch for them was hidden or not easily seen in my room 10 09 Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels such as Sheraton port Douglas . No one pointed out the chef making omelettes, No coffee was provided by staff Only coffee I saw was pulled coffee from an urn Not many yogurt options . No signage or inadequate signage for toilets and changing rooms at swimming pool . No buffet dinner available as far as I could see in the evening which would be a great option for travelling clients . No face soap offered in bathroom only hand wash and body lotion Plus things I appreciated , heated swimming pool which was large on level 5 . clean Towels on loungers a, great fast lifts Great comfortable bed with clean cotton linen . Good attentive staff and customer service above normal , help with getting taxi appreciated

Liked the atmosphere and range of foods in Ginger. Great location for local sightseeing, malls and heritage areas.

Elegant property attached to the upscale Raffles City shopping center. Acces is also available through the City Hall MRT station. Room was on the smaller side, but very modern and efficient. And of course the view was AMAZING. We woke up every day to a post card of the Marina Bay Sands, the Art Science Museum, the Esplanade, the National Art Gallery and the Singaporean Skyline. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Plenty of Asian staples, including Laksa, dumplings and all kind of goodies we were more than happy to try. The pool was just Ok, though it was outdoors and offered partial view of the area. Location is super convenient like I mentioned. We bought a transit card and took the MRT everywhere right from the shopping center (including to/from Changi Airport). Is a pricey option (Singapore itself is one of the most expensive cities in the world), but if you value view and convenience I recommend this place 100%
