The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Out dated but very nice people and hospitality

We loved the hotel, the only problem was the air conditioning. It barely worked. We found it difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Lovely hotel & great location. room was beautiful & very modern & great size for moving around. just 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps, restaurants & shopping.

It’s fine, nice property with a rooftop eating area and great views of the city in all directions. Staff were helpful. Our room did have some plumbing issues with the shower constantly changing temperature dramatically every few seconds (every shower for 4 nights and three family members) and a toilet that had difficulty flushing fully. But overall no real problems, would stay there again.

The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

Excellent location for seeing the old town. Great staff.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.
