The beach was not cleaned from the seaweed. We went in hopes to enjoy the beach there, but it was not cleaned up so we didn’t enjoy the beach spent all our time in the pool.

Staff were amazing. From the porters to the cleaners, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. I would go back.
It’s a kids resort, so keep that heavily in mind.
The facilities were good, and there was what to do for the whole family. Dining options were diverse and getting around the resort was easy.
The entire resort could use a coat of paint. The caulking in the bathrooms needs to be redone, and the restaurants could use some air conditioning.
Checkin and check out was quick, the restaurant bookings and room service on their App made it very convenient.
Water parks were fun.
Pools were extremely crowded and at times felt a little scummy with the amount of sun screen from so many people. Swim up bars were good but busy at times.
A thank you and a small tip seemed to go a very long way with the staff, they would go that extra mile to make your day.
Great people, good resort, needs a little face lift. Would go back.
