Caribbean Waterpark Holidays

Fun and beautiful resort. Great for all ages; adults and families. Something for everyone. Lots of pool options, activies, great food and the most wonderful, friendly staff. The Lazy River is one of the best we've experienced, along with the two big slides and various large pools to enjoy, the expansive resort has many options. Excursions around the island are also worth it! I have to recognize the amazing staff, but not able to leave their names here. You each helped make this trip a special one. We had lots of laughs together and we thank you for the amazing hospitality! Thank you! We'll be back!

I am a Prestige Club member but used Expedia to book because I had credits. They would not let me utilize most of my benefits because of it and we had to move rooms because the TV wouldn't work and woke up to a huge roach in the room. Everything they asked me as a member that I wanted for my birthday trip was never given: no snacks, no fav drinks, no birthday gift or dessert like usual. I asked for a bottom-floor room since there are only stairs and got booked on the top floor. It was not a very good experience at all. I won't go back to this resort even though it was my 3rd visit.

The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant. The property needs maintenance and inside the rooms weren't the best. The external part of the property is beautiful and the beach access very convenient. If the rooms were well maintained I would have given it a better rating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. Had no trouble making reservations for any of the restaurants a day ahead of time. Buffet was very delicious with only a few minute wait to be seated. The beaches and pools were wonderful. Loved the shows every night!

La comida no es buena no tienen suficiente variedad para niños , el cuarto una calor horrible varias veces se tuvo que llamar para que nos ayudaran , la nevera nunca sirvió nunca enfrió , no hay actividades buenas para niños no recomiendo este hotel

Stayed here 8yrs ago and I have to say other than a small handful of wonderful staff most others were extremely rude,,sat in the pizza restaurant with only 3 other people in the whole place while staff talked to each other and played on their phones, ignored us completely so we got up and left,,,room was not great instead of fixing aging issues rubbing caulk over moldy falling apart tiles, glass, etc seemed to be their choice,,,toilet didn't work on a couple different occasions,,,told house keeping a few hours later came back to the room still not fixed, walked down to front desk said it would get fixed,,,went to eat came back still not fixed,,went back to front desk a second time they acted concerned then it was finally fixed, power went out in our room more than once,,, the one positive thing I suppose is the rudeness wasn't personal to us seemed to be alot of locals there on the weekend and the majority were very belligerent and rude to eachother,,,we won't be back to the Dominican in general.
