It was the best stay for our family’s first time in Hawaii!! I can’t recommend this place enough to people. It’s great for families like us with kids. The views are spectacular. The staff even just from the beginning were so welcoming! They gave us free water flasks bottles and beach toys for the kids! The rooms were so clean and the valet people were incredibly nice and always smiling! Would definitely stay here again when we go to Waikiki!

I didn't like that there was no regular coffee pot and no microwave. And when we asked about a microwave they charge $10, they also charge you $50 dollars a day to park on the property. The property is beautiful and we loved our stay and everything else was great just the essentials were a charge for everything on top of your expensive stay. We would never stay there again.

The hotel itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and Hawaiian charm that truly made us feel special. A special shoutout to Sully and Brandon at the Azure Bar — they absolutely made our stay memorable! Their warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and friendly personalities created a welcoming atmosphere that we genuinely appreciated. Not to mention, they served the best cocktails we've ever had, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, the Royal Hawaiian exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for families seeking a mix of comfort, beauty, and top-notch service!
