This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future

Our Room was horrible. It was old, dirty and disgusting.
The property in general was nice.
The staff was nice, except one person at the check in desk, who was outright rude.
Also, 2 ladies at the Gift Shop were extremely inattentive - they couldn`t have cared less for any customers in the store.
The room was a huge disappointment for such a place.

The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill.
