I loved the property but couldnt do much as i have mobility issues and had to always wait for a cart to take us to the main building. We we far away from the main building. The food was awesome. Staff was helpful. Will probably choose another resort next time.

The front desk, concierge service, and some of the restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. I was fortunate enough to be traveling with a person from Brazil, which appeared to make a difference. If I had been by myself and being from the USA I believe it would have been a different experience. Some of the staff seemed to be a little bit annoyed that I was American and only spoke in English. The room attendants were very polite and friendly and did the best job that they could cleaning the room that needed a very serious update. I encountered groups of staff members that were apparently off duty, it might be helpful if they were directed to keep their rather loud personal conversations outside of the guest locations. The buffet was ok, but they had difficulty keeping items warm. And they ran out of some of the popular items every day. Some items like bacon weren’t even available at breakfast. The food in the reserved restaurants was average at best. I believe that overall the staff did the best job that they could with a resort that is in serious need of an overhaul and upgrade.
