Breakfast with characters was ridiculously expensive! Renting a dirty beach bed at the water park was super pricy! The drinks were watered down and the shittest alcohol possibly but the beer was good. Staff was friendly but the “shows” were cartoons on a big screen most nights. The one show we did see with characters dancing was way too late for little ones. The restaurants were good but the space one is very tired and dirty. Italian was the best, we never tried the Japanese cause it was closed most nights. Great ice-cream coffee bar Bartenders will serve with a smile as long as you are tipping. Drink selection was not good. Cons: if you're an only english speaking america you will have trouble understanding a lot of the workers, including the front desk personnel. We had to go back and ask someone when our reservations were and several other questions because we were clueless. Im not saying it's the resorts fault, but something to consider. The buffet food for lunch and dinner is horrible. The desserts are a total catfish, but the drinks were all good. We had several bahama mamas and pina coladas. (2,391 reviews) Upon check-in, not many people at the front desk could speak English. We were given our room when we walked all the way up three flights of stairs with our luggage. We opened our room and there were other people in it. We had to go back down to the front desk with all of our luggage and sweatshirts in 82° weather and thank God for Jaylin he was a godsend as well as Galvin. They both spoke perfect English could not believe that we received a room with somebody else in it immediately grabbed our luggage, got us a different room, and personally escorted us to our room on a golf cart. The staff at the restaurants were also very nice and good service. The only issue that I had with this place was that it is too crowded. I felt like it was oversold for the holidays there were lines for everything you had to wake up at 6 AM to put a towel on a chair or you wouldn’t get one. Every beach chair was taken by 7:30 AM. There were people selling things and bothering you all day whether it was a spa treatment jet ski skiing it wasn’t a relaxing vacation on the other hand. There wasn’t a lot for teens to do. It was geared towards toddlers and strollers I would not go back to this resort. I like smaller more boutique type of places, but that is me doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the place. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. Shout out to Galvin and Jaylin. They went above and beyond and should be recognized for their outstanding efforts.
