The service wasn’t great - we had to ask several times before issues were dealt with.
Our pool spa was draining every time we turned it on… an easy fix once maintenance finally came to see us (almost two days after the complaint) and we were charged for pool heat when we didn’t receive it.
When we would go to the main building to request help nothing was noted - no villa number, no names… so we knew it wasn’t going to be dealt with.
Breakfast was horrible - and staff were not helpful. If you like sugar and coffee for breakfast, you’re good - but if you want tea you have to go downstairs and buy it.
There were no blankets besides what was on the bed in the villa, the couch kept pulling apart every time it was sat on.
Staff generally just were not interested in assisting in any way.

Room was spacious and clean. Unlike some places where we stayed the kitchen actually had all utensils and kitchenware. The only problem that we experienced was that the walls are pretty thin. People talking in the next room kept my wife awake all night.
