Florida Waterpark Holidays

Most of the staff were very nice. The place was a time share vacation resort, we did not buy into the time share. This made the stay feel a little weird after.

It was clean but the wifi was horrible no connection at all. The walls was paper thin. You could hear the neighbors entire conversation. The ajoining room door was unlocked and the neighbors did open it while we were in the room. You have to pay for most of the amenities. Not my type of resort.

We liked the pools. It had a lazy river and 1 water slide for everyone. They had an adult pool and 2 kids pools. The hotel is on the beach. The beach had shells, which was nice too. Beach was clean, no seaweed.

Water park was okay, their main pool is nice. Needs to be maintenance/picked up more often. GARBAGE can was overflowing and trash was on the floor. The ot tub had a bunch of small debris, but was nice after i cleaned it from debris. Overall it was a good place, just dont expect much for service. It is more like staying at someone's place, you have to pick tend to yourself.

Stayed at the Four Seasons Orlando with my mom and sister and honestly? It exceeded every expectation. The property is stunning, the rooms are luxe and peaceful, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. We spent our days floating in the lazy river, getting pampered at the spa (my mom raved about her massage), and watching fireworks from the rooftop bar. Every staff member made us feel genuinely cared for — the kind of service that feels effortless but unforgettable. It’s the perfect mix of Disney-adjacent fun and serene luxury. We didn’t want to leave. Already planning the next trip.

Staff explained everything at check in, close to many food places.

Will definitely stay here again. Staff friendly, fast to respond for small concern on arrival to unit, very easy check in and out process and lots to do on the property if you want to skip theme parks!

The amount of activities it has that are kid friendly and it pretty much has everything you need to where you don’t even have to leave.
