Villa was really nice and cozy. Amenities per se, where really nice as well. Only situation we encountered was once we checked in and went to the room. The AC was broken when we called the lobby. The attendance stated that they could not do anything about it as they were fully booked, and the technician wouldn’t be able to check it out till the morning after. They offered us to go and get fans, we were extremely bothered and upset as no one likes to spend their vacation in villa with kids and have the AC broken. We thought they were untruthful as we know that they rented the unit knowing the AC was broken when we entered the villa it felt like a sauna. Eventually, when my son went to the lobby to get the fans, the attendant reiterated that she knew his mom was upset and of course, nothing less was expected so she said well guess what we ran out of fans. Then once my son started to call me, they ran into having an empty room. So we ended up moving rooms and left things like that. I was truly upset because after a 5 Hour Dr. you don’t expect to encounter things like that from a resort where you think they take

The miniature golf and paddle boats were not available as they were doing work on them. Very disappointing as I enjoy those amenities. Also they started charging 7.00 a day to park which is something new. I've been there many times and this is a first.
