I would have liked the property to be better painted. One of the rooms had paint with stains, and the internet went down. Other than that, everything was good. Oh, and the main pool closes too early.

Always excellent stay! Clean rooms, great staff, pool is always a lot of fun! Recommended for families with younger children!

We stayed at this resort to celebrate my son’s birthday, and overall we had a great experience. This is actually my second visit—the first time was when it was known as “Liki Tiki,” and now under Hilton it still remains a beautiful resort. The kids had an amazing time, which made the trip very special for us. We booked a three-bedroom suite with connecting doors, and the setup worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the resort appeared clean and well-maintained. The water park was enjoyable, and the pool staying open until 11 was a nice bonus. Check-out was also smooth and easy, which we appreciated. The only concern I had was with the kitchen area, which was not as clean as expected. I noticed breadcrumbs and food residue on the counters and dining area, which could definitely be improved. One thing to be aware of is the vacation club presentation they try to offer upon arrival. We weren’t interested, but for guests staying more than a couple of days, it might be worth listening since they mention perks like a cruise or gift card incentives. Despite a few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay, and the kids had a wonderful birthday experience.

There were no microwaves . I’d suggest getting microwaves or Atleast one at the property.

This was our first time staying at the Sheraton fallsview hotel. We've stayed at several other hotels in Niagara falls. This hotel is good if you have children as it's all connected indoors to the water park, restaurants, and arcade and the Casino. The negative is that it is damn expensive. Everything is triple price to the norm. From Starbucks to the Circle K to the restaurants withing the complex are ridiculously priced, so buyer beware. We had a non-view room, which was also a first (think inside stateroom on a cruise ship) and it was very dark and isolated which was a negative. The whole hotel smelled a bit damp which could have been because of the waterpark, or they just don't have good ventilation. The indoor pool on the 14th floor needs a huge renovation and was only enjoyable to the kids. We were there as a large family and the hotel was good with requests of rooms close and on the same floor. If you're going as a family it's a good complex. If you're going without kids there's better, newer and nicer hotels to stay at. I was somewhat disappointed considering they boast they put $50 million into renovating the hotel. I think they missed some critical spots.

So much to do in one place! From the food, to the waterpark, amenities and so close to all the areas we were visiting! I would book again.

Everything was wonderful from the room to the pool, food and staff.
