Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.

The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options.

I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros).
