Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.

Hotel is located in a very good area, an easy walk into town. The breakfast however was very poor, it almost looked like someone brought in their leftovers. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. View from room was nice as we had a terrace overlooking the city. Some areas need improvement.

"Property with a lot of character and cant beat the location! We loved it and would definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here if we come again!"
