I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a historic building that has been updated to excellent modern standards. The colocation with a craft brewery restaurant in the basement is a great pairing with the room. The food and drinks were just excellent. The hotel is still just a 10 minute walk from Gdansk's historical center. Just be careful using rental car GPS to get to the hotel. Our car had old maps and we had to take a 15 minute loop to enter the proper way, which is through the railway station car entrance. The hotel signage says 120 zloty per night but they charge guests at check-in 65 zloty per night.

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, we used them quite a bit, note there is no gym, this is one improvement they could make to even convert a small space to add some fitness equipment. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar but did have breakfast one morning (which is in a separate area to the restaurant). Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food. It is slightly expensive by Gdansk standards,in my opinion, at 110 PLN (£22) per person. Any staff we interacted with were fine and helpful, my only comment would be that the reception staff could try and be more proactive in greeting or smiling at hotel guests as they enter the hotel or pass by reception, just a little thing but can go a long way. Location of the hotel is good and is only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in the old town. There are also a few cafes and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. The property is modern and has some great amenities. I particularly took advantage of the laundry room and fitness center. I liked it that it afforded me the comforts of home with a small kitchen while at the same time, having some of the benefits of a hotel, such as maid service. The one strange thing is there was no TV in the room, although I was able to rent one on a cart that room service brought to me. I recommend it highly and would definitely stay again.

Overall experience was okay. Reception staff looked bothered and uninterested. No AC and the sun comes through one of the rooms with thin blinds so it can get quite stuffy. The design of the sink is not good and spills a lot of water out.
