The route flexibility, security, and especially all the staff are excellent. I always arrive super tired, and the staff are always there to help me! I go to Brazil frequently for work; my job is in aviation. And this last time, a young man named Rodrigo was spectacular!! The hotel was full, with events, and he did everything to accommodate me. And I hope CDesign appreciates this young man!! He has admirable talent. An excellent employee. (1,152 reviews) The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant. We did not have an Ocean view but we didn’t go to spend time in our room so it didn’t matter. A little disappointing that when we wanted to unwind and have drinks on the roof the drinks had to come from the 1st floor so it took forever. But I would recommend staying there!
