(171 reviews) Brilliant location. Staff are so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. Pool area is on the roof with amazing views, towels are provided, pool is freezing and not sure if it gets warm enough in summer to get in. I had Breakfast every day, you need to like eggs if you want something hot. Staff are really nice and friendly. Rooms are adequate but could do with some drawers to put your underwear and tshirts in. Pillows need to be renewed, they are very lumpy and hard, I had to ask for softer ones, you can also get mattress toppers if bed is too hard for you. Cleaning staff are great, just ask and they will help if they can. Towels and bins are changed every day. Reception staff are friendly, and helpful. You can get coffee or alcohol and sitbout the front of the building and watch passersv by.
