We did not get breakfast coupon upon checking in while I clearly stated that we’re having breakfast @ their restaurant. We don’t have an idea that there’s a preset breakfast menu when there’s a coupon .

A very professional and traditional luxury style hotel on one side (make sure to check which) of the airport, for a very generous price. Especially generous and assistive staff.

GREAT STAFF. The Security Guys (Doormen) are absolutely the best and go out of their way to provide GREAT SERVICE. The desk staff are incredible, housekeeping is great, basically the best staff possible at a hotel. Like a family. I stay in HUNDREDS of hotels, all over the world, and this is one of my favorites now, if not THE favorite. Basically, they took a "good" hotel, and put INCREDIBLE staff in it. These folks genuinely care, and want you to have a great stay!! HIGHLY recommend. Reasonably priced, and again, staff are awesome. Rooms clean, AC good, located close to everything needed. i actually haven't had Security/Doormen that did so much to help visitors anywhere!!

The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. ​What stood out during our stay: ​The Room: Spotlessly clean, highly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free stay. ​The Location: Outstanding. Having premier shops and excellent dining options right nearby made exploring incredibly convenient. ​The Amenities & Staff: The property features fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool area, and the overall management and staff were helpful and attentive. ​This property truly saved our honeymoon and made our time in Manila incredibly special. If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb ) Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West.
