Great staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, but several other things were suboptimal. There were no instructions at check-in that you need to use your digital room card to summon an elevator. The room phone was dead. One of the elevators was stuck with all floor buttons pushed and a buzzing sound emitting, that the front desk knew nothing about when I reported it. At departure, while I was at check out, the car valet did not give my husband my car key, which we only realized when we pulled over 30+ miles later, and when I called the hotel, and after my key was eventually located, the manager said we would be charged a fee to mail it to me! I pointed out the fault was their’s, and only then he waved the mailing charge.

Asked front desk for silverware, they said they were gonna send it up, it never came, the restaurant service was slow and food wasn’t worth the price, property doesn’t have a snack shop, told me to go to target, gym is small with minimal equipment, bed was comfortable
