I am pretty sure this is the absolute best hotel stay I have had in years! I was actually quite surprised by this.. everyone was more than just friendly. They were genuine, they went over and beyond helpful- all of them!.. Room and bed was comfortable and quiet, good breakfast. It was great. And incredibly competent staff, they were on it with everything.. It's hard to find that combination anymore. Special shout out to Danh that was so welcoming at front desk when we were so tired, and Zack was best shuttle driver ever. Which had no problem putting the luggage where it needed to go reassuring of this other time to get to the airport, was exacting and specific on exactly where to go and how to get to where we needed to be, all by memory! We watched him do this with everyone there, and was there to pick us up after, just wonderful!! Thank you, please don't change a thing. I will tell everyone to stay here. So hard to come by even at the super expensive hotels.
