The on line check in was a nightmare was not able to get into the property until 500 p.m. There was no contact directly and we had to wait for calls back. There was a process whereby check in code would not let us check in. The online contact number did not provide anything else. Although to give them credit the people worked on a solution and reset the apartment code. If you are a computer expert then maybe decide to book here. Condo nice and clean. On line check in a nightmare. Going on vacation to get stressed our unacceptable. No more online properties for me

We had a wonderful 8 night stay! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The entire resort was well kept and clean. The pool was a bit warm for the weather but fine once the sun went down. The beach is where you need to spend your water time anyway. It is beautiful! The clearest water we’ve seen so far. We had no problem getting loungers during our late August stay and the drink/food service was great. The beach restaurant was under repairs but they provided food and drinks from the pool restaurant. The dinner restaurants are on the fancier side but delicious. The library bar was super cool. Great drinks with stories and tasty food options. We rented a car and having valet service was so convenient. Especially because the price was included in the amenity fee. That fee also included some water amenities like water loungers, kayaks, paddle boards, water bikes, and snorkel gear. The company that provides these amenities also rents jet skis and runs excursions with pick up/drop off right at the beach. They’re pricier than other options but higher scale. The hotel also provides you with towels for outside excursions. We loved the free coffee service in the morning and happy hour in the evening. I just wish that they did different drinks every night instead of just wine. The hotel appears to be on the quieter side of Seven Mile Beach which we loved. We ate at a few different hotels more east and the beach appeared much busier. It was an amazing stay!
