German Alps Ski Holidays

This was ok. I wish they had more information listed on their site, which would have avoided some of the issues we had. If it was listed on the site, I could not find it. Before our stay, I wanted to book a spa treatment, but there was no information on how to do so. I tried calling several times, but no answer. We stayed here one night on our Alpine road trek and were looking forward to using some of the spa amenities. The day of our visit, I called several times to confirm our arrival and get more info about the spa. There was no one on the other end of the line. When we checked in, the receptionist was miffed that we hadn't called, but then admitted they were having issues with their phone. When we arrived at 8 pm, we were told everything was closed, and they did not reopen until 11am after we had to check out. No relaxation for us. If they had listed the hours, we would have arrived earlier. The rooms were large and nice, but the balcony was open to everyone else. They had a low divider, but when you sit on the balcony, it is not private, and you are looking at your neighbors. Also it was loud. The view was amazing. There was also no air conditioning or fans. It got hot in the room, and we are used to the heat being from AZ. To get a drink, there was no bartender on duty. You had to ask the receptionist to find the bar tender. Once he made the drink he would leave. There were a lot of games and such, but kids ran loose. This was not bothersome but of note. We were not

My wife loved the pool. The dinner and breakfast were magnificent and in a beautiful dining room. The staff were particularly accommodating.

No air conditioning but all else great

No A/C, makes it difficukt to sleep in the summer. We openned the window but it was still too hot. Forgot keycards in the room, was charged 10eur keycard deposit fee. Fortunately refunded when I returned the keycard
