"Very nice place. Newly renovated bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. The common areas are well done. We enjoyed sitting there, reading next to the fireplace. We also liked the location - Next to a river and grocery stores to get snacks around the corner. "

"Location is wonderful, as it is an easy walk to the Königssee. The Turmhaus, specifically, provides privacy, as it is separate from the main apartment area. Hosts were helpful and available and the space is well equipped. For Americans, do know you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper if you plan to stay a week or longer, etc.) I think we expect those items to be provided, but this is meant to be an independent stagy and does not function like a traditional hotel."

"We came here on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They even packed us a lunch for our long train ride when we left. The restaurant was very good with delicious dessert. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Berchtensgaden area. "
