(1,002 reviews) Check-in was long and unorganized. Only two people checking guests in when the line was quite long. Rooms were not ready, and we had to keep checking back to see if ours was. Check-in time is 4PM. Our room wasn’t ready until close to 5 PM. I heard others with similar complaints. While there are several eating/drinking places, options are limited: 2 Italian restaurants (both require reservations) and 3 beach snack/bar areas (pizza, Mexican and burgers). (220 reviews) Every part of the JW Marriott St.Martin experience was exceptional. The staff at this resort are what make it that way. They are truly the best in the entire Caribbean and we have been to almost every island so can say this with thorough travel experience. The food is exceptional, the rooms are exceptional, facilities are all clean and well maintained. We went during the busy Christmas and New Year’s period and even with the resort sold out, you could always find a chair by the pool, they never run out of clean towels and you feel like you’re a special guest. Thank you to everyone at JW with special call outs to Stevenson, Anaika, Kevin, Leann, Dane, and Panurdang who made us feel extra special.
