"The property is amazing perfect location, has its own beach, and great staff. However, as days went by the room service would not leave towels and wouldn't clean the floors like the first three days in the room. Our room was next to the staff utility room. Therefore, we would hear loud noises, banging, grinding, and the staff talking as early as 7:00AM on some of the days we were trying to sleep in. The elevator was not in service for the last two days. Understanding mechanical break downs do happen but it didn't seem as though it was an effort to get it fixed in a timely manner. Therefore, I had to carry our bags down the stairs on the day of check-out making me sweat more than I would like too before getting on my plane back home. Other than that, the overall stay was good."
