A member of the staff named Nuno was very helpful , polite and attentive. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotless with no outside noises. We will love to comeback one day!

Everything was great. The location is just perfect. The only issue was that the air conditioning units had all black mold inside and on the fins that caused a moldy smell in the room. I was able to clean the fins but not inside the units.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it’s absolutely a 5 star experience. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a massage, used the complimentary sauna, enjoyed the included mini fridge items, and had breakfast in bed. The art is thoughtful and fun. The room is gorgeous, very well curated and comfortable. Don’t miss the pillow menu for your preferred fill and firmness. We stayed at the garden level and it was peaceful and felt very private on our patio. The neighborhood is quiet at night, close to the train station but also very central to the areas of town we wanted to see. Everything was very clean, they even mopped the pool deck nightly and wiped down all the glass. The staff is far and away the standout above all. They heard we were celebrating an anniversary and brought a bottle of sparkling wine and a handwritten card. They helped with suggestions on where to go, how to get there, and what to avoid. They said if our room wasn’t ready for our 1:30pm arrival that they would store the bags and let us use the amenities (spa/pool), but of course the room was ready and we checked in immediately. Special shoutout to João who welcomed us. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know that’s coming to Portugal and suggest that they make a stop in Porto if they weren’t already planning on it just to experience this hotel.

Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful. However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel. The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night.

Central location - within 10-15 mins you are by the river, and just a few minutes away from the famed Lello library and Sao Bento station . It is steps away from the Aliados metro - which is great if you are taking transit to/from the airport. The room was clean and quiet which I appreciate. I like that it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Would happily stay here again.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de várias atrações turísticas, quarto limpo e confortável, banheiro bom, o café da manhã era muito bom, somente podiam trocar a luz do quarto, deixar mais claro o ambiente.
