Really cute hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, clean, not too noisy, plenty of areas to hang out and the pool was a nice addition. The rooms are a bit dated and the hallway rug should probably be replaced since it folds up and the pool furniture looks like was falling apart. Coffee place wasn’t open the entire stay, which was 4 days. Apparently there was an issue, not certain what it was.It would be great if they could lower the price of parking, another very comparable hotel was only $20 nightly and this one was $60 per night. However we did get a great nightly rate for the room so there’s only so much you can expect for that.

We had a great time staying 5 nights at the Fairmont Miramar. We had a wonderful spacious suite. We enjoyed the fitness area, spa & pool. The food at The Fig was delicious. Gil & Dillon made sure we had everything we needed poolside. Good service from all the staff. Housekeeping, Room Service, Bartenders, Waiters/waitresses were all very nice. Jordan, our main concierge was extremely helpful with any request we asked of him. We were impressed with the entire resort.

Best hotel ever if you like boutique style and really professional service. Everything is perfect here. I even got a free fruit platter in the room without asking. Nice!

Hotel was clean, super comfortable and very spacious! Really glad I chose to spend my money here and not some fancier hotel (with a much smaller room). Very comfortable place to "live" out of for a week. Felt like home.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

My stay was absolutely extraordinary. The hotel is beautiful, with a strong wellness atmosphere that makes you feel calm and grounded from the moment you step into the lobby. There’s an immediate sense of tranquility that truly sets the tone for the entire experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. One detail I especially loved is their open dining concept — you can order from one central place and have your food brought to wherever you’re seated, whether that’s the bar, the garden, or the restaurant. It makes everything feel very relaxed and convenient. Even if you’re simply enjoying a glass of wine, there are so many comfortable spots to sit and unwind. I didn’t have the opportunity to visit the spa this time, but I was given a room on the 10th floor and was very happy with my stay overall. The restaurant Madeo is located on the property (though it’s not owned by the hotel). It’s originally from Italy, and I 100% recommend it. A truly lovely experience — I would definitely return.

Excellent value for the minimalist traveler that needs the bare essentials. Virtual remote staff check is novel and efficient. Air conditioner did not work, rooms not well sound proof, parking limited but extra two spots outside. Good location. Limited amenities but expected for this value property. Would book again and recommend if at a good price.

Front desk staff in the Lobby on Friday night was absolutely awesome! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a modern aparthotel in uneven downtown LA that is well run. Staff is outstanding. My major complaint is that the kitchen has toxic black plastic cooking utensils and the living room needs a bright standing lamp. But these caveats are minor for an overall great experience.
