When you first walk into the lobby, it’s very very humid and hot but as soon as we got into the room, it was blasting the air conditioner. It felt great. Everything else was great.

Perfect reasonably-price hotel to stay at during a Disneyland visit. There’s a convenient shuttle to travel to & from the park. Rooms are spacious.

Lovely hotel in great location.
Issue is the aircon. The way it’s been built means individual units in each room which are really noisy. They are integrated rather than the basic wall mounted but unfortunately it’s a huge design flaw.
Management are well aware of it being an issue but sent an engineer to appease me. I guess they just hope to you give up complaining as they don’t really have a solution beyond an even louder fan (I genuinely don’t understand how it could be so loud) or switch it off and be hot!
I wouldn’t stay here again I’m afraid

Comfortable room. Nice pool. A little iffy on the service. Brought cocktails instead of mocktails and said it was a new menu and got confused. Could have been a bigger deal if we were pregnant or sober. For the price, I would have expected more attention to detail. Otherwise it was a good location to the beach and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and nice. We were there for an event so we had to check in a bit early and they accommodated for us. The location was great right next to CBS studio and the mall. Over all great experience!

Staff was super nice, rooms are good. Proximity to the beach is perfect, maybe a 2 min walk. Lots of food options nearby and a convenience store a minute walk away. They provide beach towels as well. Parking is great but costs a little extra. AC works great too.
