Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

This was our second time staying in this property and we would stay here every time! It’s clean it’s comfortable. The service is great. You cannot beat the view. We love it here! Only thing is try not to get a room by the elevators. It’s super loud.

This was a great choice for us and an excellent stay. We planned last minute and was no disappointed. Room was great with great views. Upgrade to the partial view, worth it. Pool area was outstanding, great environment. Make sure you take advantage of the 1st night buffet discount, well worth it.

The Carillon exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the spa ladies in the spa area, the most cheerful and helpful humans. There were so many wellness options. I had massages (Fabiana was amazing), facial that left my face looking 5 years younger and my favorite was the Ginger scrub! The ease to get a spot at the beach and the service there was also amazing. The food was top notch. The room felt like home. I will definitely go again and recommend for solo or couple travelers looking for a place you literally don’t need to leave for anything during your stay.
