Restaurant service slow. Staff seemed stuck up, they have Michelin star but dining experience not that special. Hotel on noisy intersection.

What a beautiful property in a fabulously serene location, with really terrific facilities and amenities, including a spa, gym, two pool areas, steam room and sauna, plus a lovely restaurant. The staff was welcoming and superbly attentive. One of the nicest places we’ve had the pleasure of visiting.

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the Provence Markets and Aix has a huge one. Great location, friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast so i can't comment. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were well appointed and the hotel is well maintained. We would absolutely stay there again on our next time in Aix.

Pleasant stay. Staff lovely. Good breakfast. Room a bit too warm and couldn’t adjust a/c to any cooler. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay if it was much hotter.

To start what really makes this property unique is the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with the WIFI as I needed to join a zoom call for a work emergency and the wifi in the room was sooo bad - inexistant- called the reception and they offered to change the room rightaway, unfortunately the other room had the same issue but I do appreciate how reactive they were. Beside, the property is very nice. The only thing I really didn't appreciate is the wifi, and very limited food options at the bar, beside, its a lovely place

Location amazing. A hotel with character! Facilities very good and breakfast excellent. Our room was somewhat small however separate toilet from bathroom and storage made our stay very convenient.

This was a very modern and relaxing hotel in a small resort village. It has a nice balcony and pool--but the beach is right there is you want to swim in salt water. There is an excellent restaurant on the property, but there are many others very close by in the town surrounding the marina. Everything was clean and convenient and nicely designed!

Nice and clean. Good service. The hotel is kind of old but otherwise was a nice stay. Excellent location.

Disappointing Stay – Only the Location Delivers The hotel feels tired and dated, and the decor is confusing—almost as if several design ideas were tested but none fully committed to. The rooms are quite small, and our balcony door didn’t close properly, which made soundproofing virtually nonexistent. This became especially problematic at night with all the street noise and a nearby festival that went late. Service at the front desk was underwhelming. Most staff seemed bothered by basic questions, with the exception of one older gentleman at checkout who was courteous and helpful. The one standout is the location—right on the Vieux-Port, within walking distance of excellent dining and the charming Le Panier district. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the other shortcomings.

great location and nice staff. My only grievance is the occasional sewage smell sneaking into the room.
