We picked this hotel for the free parking, but when we checked in they said all of the parking was taken. We had to pay for overnight parking.
The hotel and the room were nice and clean. The breakfast was an extra charge so we did not eat there.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel .Every member of the staff were pleasant, highly professional and went far more beyond to make my stay wonderful.
Room was very clean and had almost everything I needed, no fridge in the rooms or any kitchen facilities, but thereโs a nice room downstairs with free coffee. Would certainly stay here again for a few nights, good location and very walkable.
Great location, in the center of old town. Very close to metro, easy to walk to old port. Great stay. Best part is 24 hours free coffee :) Staff was very helpful and lovely.
We needed a place last minute for a concert in Marseille. This was one of the last places available and we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. A decent tourist hotel. Front desk staff was helpful and engaging. Room was sparse, but did the trick since we were just there to sleep.
Overall a decent place to stay, staff very friendly and polite aswell as helpful. Great night sleep ๐, Breakfast was really nice with good choice 13.50 euro but i ate well ๐, and the free 24hr hot drinks machine is very welcomed ๐ Location was ok. A lil walk to dock , but good exercise and see places
Only criticism was extractor fan in shower was dusty. A little off-putting but thats literally my only negative comment.i would recommend. ๐. Oh i lost my keycard, and it was no bother to replace and no charge , so happy again ๐. Thanks ๐

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Small room without storage space
There were four hangers for clothes in a double room and nowhere else to keep your clothes. No wardrobe, no drawer.
I stayed five nights and they didn't change the sheets for that time, not even when there was an obvious red stain on the sheet. There were lots of dust bunnies under the bed.
Good location. Close to both metro and tram. Short walk to the Vieux Port. The coffee is good, free and available 24/7. Tea is also complimentary.
Overall a very good property. Check-in was fast and convenient, the room was equipped with the essentials like good bedding, AC, decent towels, and a TV for entertainment. The morning staff was great but some of the staff could be more welcoming, as most want to learn French proficiently, merci encore.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
For the price considering we were there for just two nights to catch a cruise, it was acceptable. The room was extremely small but adequate, did have a little bit of a musty smell. The area was a little sketchy, but a few blocks away was more touristy and we felt safer. Disappointed in the breakfast for the price we paid.
The room was lovely and suited to my needs. It had a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden. It was in town and a few minutes walk to the marina and beach.
Bad location, horrible if you have a car, homeless around looking at you while you unload, free parking is only if you have a small car and very frustrating. The room itself was damp and dark. Overall, avoid at all costs. Avoid Marseille too unless you like hippies! Go to Nice instead.

Bathroom smell was terrible. Staff very polite, great customer service, the italian girl at front desk was awesome(5 star customer service)
Stayed for 1 night after the rugby. Hotel very run down. Room was infested with mosquitoes. Swatted 6 of them dead but must of been lots more. Woke up with 11 mosquito bites. Horrible smell in the bathroom. The street the hotels located on is like beruit. Avoid staying here!
