The staff on reception (sorry we didnt get their names but especially the team working 8th October) were really helpful. After an injury out walking that needed medical help they got us to the nearest medical clinic and then pharmacy. The support was really appreciated. Otherwise, the hotel itself was also worth the stay. It is brilliantly situated and the rooms were clean and quiet. Will stay here the next time we visit Bordeaux.

Rooms were clean and well appointed but a bit small. The staff were courteous, friendly and attentive. The rooms needed better lighting. Air was either too hot or too cold. It’s a beautiful small property in a good location. I would recommend it.
