This hotel was decent back in time . Nowadays it’s in a bad shape .” Luxury “ Room was very dirty . Lots of stains and dirt on the carpet and on the walls . Breakfast is extremely bad , very small choice and nothing is fresh . I ended up not eating there at all . I would not recommend staying here . There are much better choices around . That is my humble advice to any tourist who’s considering this place.

I own a cleaning company, other than a few very minor details, the room was perfect. The staff had 0 language barriers, were exceptionally helpful, and very kind. I'd highly recommend staying here. The location was never more than a 20 minute walk from anything I wanted to do.

The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for 4,000 dinars at one meal for drinks (non alcoholic). The reception staff was rude about the bill and said it’s only the drinks from the machine or pitchers but there weren’t any. THERE WASNT A BUFFET. I’d like to also mention how horrible it looked to see one staff member of Asian decent working very hard cleaning the floors and keeping the entire hotel clean and constantly working while the remaining staff members were sitting around smoking.
