Todo estaba perfecto menos la playa estaba extremadamente sucia

The pool staff picked up my towels when I went to the bathroom for less than five minutes and took my Oura ring. I mentioned that immediately to the staff and some heavy set woman at the front desk said “that’s too bad, sorry.” I said “it’s a $500 ring” and she cut me off from talking just to say “ we’re sorry” in an annoyed tone. There was no remorse or anything. She was mad at me for asking her to call lost and found. Then the hotel proceed to charge me $76 twice for parking & my mom $76 for one day of self parking. We called to ask for the appropriate charge and we were transferred between multiple ppl over 30 minutes just for them to say it’s already been handled; it wasn’t refunded. Their “nice” restaurant is a rip off. The hostess and GM both said “we’re new here and haven’t really eaten to food” when I asked for a recommendation, but somehow they both had tried and recommended the most expensive item on the menu. The waiter did the same thing when we asked about wine. We asked other guest at the hotel if that happened to them and they said yes. We all wished we stayed somewhere else. The staff was extremely rude and made it feel like I was in the wrong when I asked them to look for my ring. They said they’ll get to it and that was it. Dinner was $840 for five people and we all said it tasted like Outback Steakhouse. They lost a $500 Oura ring and barely made one call to lost and found, then they proceeded to over charge for parking.

Super cute place! Will say walls are super thin and apparently talking is too loud to some, as within a few minutes of being there we were told our neighbors said we were loud at 9 pm. No music, no TV, no yelling, just regular voices. And its miami....at 9 pm. So that was a little uncomfortable. Definitely for the older crowd here, but it was super cute and staff was amazing!
