This hotel blew away my expectations. The hotel was older but clean and well set out. The rooms were bigger than I expected, as I’d only reserved a standard room. Staff were attentive and exceptionally polite and were always asking if we needed anything. Beach and pool and location of hotel was perfect. I really can’t find any negatives. The slightest of blips was when we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready at 3 PM. I’m not a big deal as we went and grabbed snacks and a drink, and even then the staff apologies and gave us restaurant vouchers. Will be returning for sure in the future

The all-inclusive experience was great! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Jose was our personal butler and he was very helpful and attentive.

This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested.

Everthing in this facility was an amazing experience the service was incredible Staff super friendly we felt super confortable an well taken care off highly recommend. It 10 out of 10.
