They staff was exceptionally helpful from start to the last minute. Doorman (James) to the front desk personnel, bartender, and housekeeping. This is my favorite place to stay when in NOLA.

I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was

I can’t say enough about the Mayfair! It is truly such a gem! Our apartment was gorgeous! So clean, modern and spacious and in a great location! Jeannine at the front desk was incredible - so kind, helpful and very responsive! My family of four had an incredible stay!
