Perfect location, but for the price, I expected a better customer service. After a 6.5 hours flight, had to wait at check in line another 2 hours, seriously? They have 12 elevators. We stayed on 7th floor. Many times waited 5min or more for the elevator. Oh and don't forget another $107 resort fee +parking fee on top of everything

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready even though it was after check in time. Also, the room we booked wasn’t available so they gave us a room they claimed was two queens, it wasn’t it was two doubles. We ended up sleeping in two different beds due to the size on what was supposed to be a romantic getaway weekend. Room wasn’t very clean, the hallways haven’t been regularly vacuumed, the ocean view we supposed to have we barely could see it. Disappointing all around.
